Mounting Dual rail mount Spread the side screws perpendicular to the long axis so the template engages all three of the pantorouter's T-tracks (20 mm apart) instead of just one. Adds stability for tall narrow templates. Only available when the short-axis width is wide enough to fit the side countersinks with edge clearance.

Tenon fit-tuning Outer taper Adds a 3 mm linear taper to the body's outer perimeter (wider at the bottom, narrower at the top). Lets you fine-tune tenon thickness by sliding the bearing along the taper. The dimensions you entered above land 2/3 of the way from the wide end to the narrow end, biasing most of the adjustment range toward "make tenon bigger".

Print calibration Shrink compensation 1.000 = no compensation. After a test print, set this to nominal_size / measured_size to dial in real-world accuracy. PA6-GF typically ~1.005–1.015. Template depth (mm)
